Tap In! excites me because it speaks of hope, empowerment, women leaders, and of an equal future. Growing up, I was around empowered women and encouraged to be one. I recognize the privilege and want to give back to the community via Tap In! However that hasn't shielded me from struggles that only women who have followed the same path can understand. Unfortunately, there are still so few of them. We are living in an interesting time socially. As more women take charge of their lives, they realize how different, difficult and sometimes lonely their journey is. Much of what they are taking on is still unprecedented. It's time we stood up and spoke our truths to uplift and inspire. At and with Tap In!, I want to learn from those who've walked the path and be there for those who will.

Super stoked to be a part of the Tap In community! Have worked with Amrita for years and fully trust her vision for this initiative. Just a couple of chats in and I have already got some sessions in with a mentor on negotiations and public speaking, so extremely grateful and thankful for this safe space that Amrita and Preetha have created for women professionals. Definitely also recommending my friends to join in.

The Tap In! session on public speaking and leadership skills was what our fellows needed as they prepare to enter the job market. Amrita and Preetha’s knowledge and expertise from their decades of experience in their respective fields was delivered in an easy to understand and fun way. Amrita’s energy was infectious and kept everyone in the room engaged and Preetha’s calm manner of teaching helped the participants feel comfortable and confident to ask questions.

I love being part of the Tap in Tribe because I’m able to meet like minded women. I’ve been part of other networking communities but I’ve found this the most effective as the members are professionals and understand the complexities of working in India, as well as Internationally. I also believe that the members truly want to help each other, it’s about community, not competition. Ofcourse, none of this would be possible without the calm and open minded founders leading the way and embracing innovation and creativity!

Being a part of Tap In Tribe has been incredible. The supportive community, the wealth of knowledge shared by mentors, and the focus on skill development have truly inspired me and made a difference in my professional life. It's not just a network, it's a supportive space where women can thrive and grow together.

The thing which made me join the Tap In Tribe was that it was one of the first kind of a group which connected women from different industries and domain and put them together where they can share their experiences, knowledge and work related skills. Also, they keep on conducting regular meet ups and workshops which is a great way to learn and impart knowledge

Being part of the Tap in Tribe has been a very positive and welcoming journey so far. Everyone comes from a different background, field or industry, so to be able to listen to their stories, experiences and journeys, and learn from them, has been extremely insightful for me. They also happen to be some of the smartest women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and learning from, which in itself is truly remarkable.

Tap In Tribe provides me with the opportunity of connecting with other women in different industries. It provides an invaluable chance to not only meet them but to learn and gain from their expertise. The regular workshops for skill development is an added plus and a goldmine for learning
